1. Customer Support
Delivering first level telephone support and customer care
Responding to support calls including logging, updating status and call closure, following procedures.
Resolving desktop and application problems and faults through to network hardware and connectivity
as well as supervised server work.
Self organisation for call priority, customer care and any related requirements.
Provide user training and education to help prevent problem reoccurrence.

Supporting team members on customer sites, following procedures and instructions both written and

Installation of PCs, laptops and network hardware.
Working as part of the implementation team for server and network migrations on a supervised basis.
3. Routine Procedures
Monitoring of customer backups of both servers and databases, escalating any problems to a higher
support level when required.

Monitoring of spam and filters for customers through our sister company XS2.
Production of network information sheets for both in-house use and customer reference.
