Brief Description : We are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious individual to join our office and sales admin team.

 

Qualifications Required : • Have GCSE Grade B or above in Maths and English
Vacancy Detail : The ideal candidate will be trained and involved in the following day to day tasks:

• Answering telephone calls
• Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Dealing with customer complaints via telephone and email
• Preparing & sending Quotations
• Sending samples
• Following up sales enquiries via telephone and email
• Customer Satisfaction follow ups
• Maintaining and developing existing customer contact
• Dealing with customers face to face
• Support Sales Director and Sales Reps with quotes and samples
• Market Research
• Exhibitions
• Maintaining and inputting accurate records onto CRM & Sage 200
• Processing sales orders
• All Sales associated administration including:
• Credit Control
• Despatching sales orders including booking carriers (export & domestic)
• Liaising with carriers regarding deliveries / obtaining POD’s
• Raise Purchase Orders
• Support Sales Admin Team & Factory Admin
• Maintaining samples and brochures
• Filing of Picking Lists & Delivery notes
• Update & File Production sheets & quality sheets
• Update & File Production Logs
• General Office Filing
• Mailshots/email campaigns
• Post
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:00
Salary : £188.00 Per Week
