Brief Description : Looking for a strong candidate to join a small office, to grow and develop with the business.

 

Qualifications Required : English and Maths grade C or above
A second language would be extremely useful
Vacancy Detail : Job involves working with our customers (SME’s) who use us as their shipping agent. We work with the large carriers DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc.
-Using phone, and email, to liaise with both parties to sort out problems.
-Building and maintaining customer relations.
-General office duties, greeting visitors, answering the phone, sorting the mail and filing

We have an in house bespoke computer package. We can track parcels for customers, book pallets, shipping containers, small courier vans etc. Our customers have the use of our Webship online booking platform
to manage their day to day shipping requirements, but can come to us for anything required outside of this facility.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 9am-5pm
Salary : £200.00 Per Week

Personal Qualities : Ideally someone who is very mature and can work off their own Initiative.
Skills Required : Good telephone speaking voice and manner
Ability to keep calm under pressure
Ability to prioritise work load
Future Prospects : The employer is looking for someone to stay long term with the business and development onto a full term contract at the end of the apprenticeship.
